Our history

Calvary Baptist Church was founded in 2004 to minister to the US military bases in Daegu. Since that time, the church has experienced changes in leadership and in the demographics of the community at large. We strive to minister to anyone who comes through our doors.

Pastor Dan spent the first ten years of his life in Seoul where his parents were missionaries. God brought him back to Korea in 2014 where he ministered at Faith Baptist Church in Gangneung, assisting for four years and pastoring for three years.

In 2021, God led him to Calvary Baptist Church, Daegu.
